What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
Being part of the jury gives me responsibility to check the best creative ideas from around the world, as I have not enough time to do it otherwise! And of course it is a privilege to have such an opportunity.
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
Due to new technologies, measurement systems, we often skip the craft. So I think we should be always careful with this executional part!
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
In my 25 years career I noticed that bigger markets with better budgets have more chances to get great work through. But creativity emerges everywhere!
What trends or cultural shifts do you think will define the most impactful creative work this year?
Unfortunately, the wars and suffer they bring, might be the trigger for some of the best campaigns.
But I am sure we will see great advertising for many good causes!
If you could give one piece of advice to agencies and creatives submitting their work, what would it be?
For those hesitating to submit I would say "dare, fail and eventually win!".
Which creative minds are inspiring you the most right now?
There are so many great creative minds around the world, I work with many of them, so I can not put some idol in front of others.
