Brief | What if you chose places you wanted to visit not based on their image, but on their scent? That was the idea behind this pop-up travel agency for the Thalys rail network. The scents were soaked into beads that were housed in 720 metal tubes. Each tube corresponded to a destination in Paris, Cologne, Amsterdam or Brussels. People could find the scents that they liked and then book a trip to their source. The scents including cut grass representing FC Koln football stadium in Cologne, latex from the Erotic Museum in Amsterdam, and a fresh baguette from Paris. |
