With a broad digital-first vision and a distinguished career in creative leadership, Omar joined the WPP Studio X team as Chief Creative Officer leading the creative capability for the entire portfolio of The Coca-Cola Company brands in LATAM.
Omar served as CCO at the Wunderman Thompson office in Mexico (now VML), where he demonstrated his ability to drive innovation and creative success. Omar has a diverse creative vision thanks to his curiosity and multidisciplinary experience. He has co-created with global brands such as Nestlé, Danone, The North Face, HSBC, Ab inBev, Under Armour, Samsung, Kellogg, as well as new economy and entertainment brands like Netflix, Riot Games, Twitter, Uber, and (obviously) The Coca-Cola Company, with whom he has been working for over 13 years, primarily from independent agencies, most notably Only IF where he was a partner and VP.
In his new role as CCO of WPP Studio X, Omar Fabián Jiménez leads a team comprised of talent from various WPP agencies in the region, specifically created for The Coca-Cola Company. His experience and creative vision will be fundamental to driving the continued success of Coca-Cola's iconic brands.
Omar has been part of the jury at various regional festivals such as El Ojo, Effies LATAM, and IAB Mixx, and his work has been recognized at different festivals including the Tik Tok Awards, Smarties, Luum Awards, Cannes Lions, El Ojo, Effies LATAM, Echo LATAM, Circulo de Oro, FIAP, Festival of media LATAM and Global, among others.
