In a few words, can you tell us who you are what your job title is?

I'm a Senior Creative, which makes me sound old but I'm young inside.

What word would you best use to describe your office’s culture? Give us an example

Open.

If you were stranded on a desert island and could only use one app., which app would it be?

Apps wouldn't work on a desert island. But if they did, I'd drop a pin on Whatsapp after I'd eaten a few coconuts and got a sweet tan.

If you could choose three ads from history that you didn’t work on and add them to your portfolio, which three would you choose? Explain why

Ben Holder:

1 Jonathan Glazer's Levis commercial. Running through walls with Handel's Sarabande as a soundtrack. It's just the perfect amount of energy bordering on aggression.
2 'Labour isn't working' from Saatchi. This made we realise the power of words!
3 Cadbury's Gorilla. I love that people love it or hate it. I also love the crescendo moment with the gorilla's nostrils expanding before he hits the drums.
