Nestor Añez Interview(s)

What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
What motivates me to be a judge at a festival of ideas is the opportunity to dive into a sea of creativity, discover innovative approaches, and witness how ideas can transform perceptions and behaviors. Evaluating ideas in this context is both a privilege and a responsibility, because it's not just about rewarding ingenuity, but also recognizing the potential of ideas to positively impact the world.

My new contribution as a judge would be my commitment to diversity and inclusion in the creative process. I believe the most powerful stories are born when cultural and generational boundaries are crossed. I focus on seeking and rewarding ideas that are not only brilliant and innovative but also reflect an inclusive perspective, challenge established norms, and aim to connect with audiences in an authentic and meaningful way.
