Robbie came home to New Orleans to build the next great creative company. He believes New Orleans has the potential to be THE American Place, the capital of Creativity and Humanity. World capital. What's missing is an intense, visible celebration of entrepreneurship and the responsible practice of capitalism. So Robbie co-founded the Idea Institute for Entrepreneurship. But before that, Trumpet. Trumpet is where all of these things - New Orleans (and New York), creativity, humanity, entrepreneurship, capitalism, and, oh yea fun - come to a rolling boil and manifest as surprising, economic-multiplying communications. Robbie started life in the mailroom at Della Femina/L.A., becoming a copywriter, tutoring in the Carson & Roberts Creative Program under wannabees like Lee Clow, Tom Cordner, Brent Bouchez and Steve Hayden. He was the creative director at Bauerlein in New Orleans where he was named to Adweek's Creative All-Star team. He's married to an Irish painter (off the boat) and an Irish partner (off the bar stool).
