Lynn Harris

Lynn sees people's potential.

As SVP, Director of Human Resources, Lynn is responsible for shaping TargetCast tcm's recruitment, employee relations and development initiatives and practices. Lynn has considerable expertise in implementing strategic human resource programs in the area of recruitment, diversity, compensation and talent management and growth. Her style is both forthright and compassionate, a perfect combination for nurturing the growing TargetCast tcm agency staff.

Before joining TargetCast tcm, Lynn spent six years at MediaVest Worldwide where she held the position of VP, Associate Director of Human Resources overseeing their NY, LA and St. Louis offices. Prior to that Lynn worked at OgilvyOne, the direct response and interactive marketing division of Ogilvy & Mather. She began her career at TMP Worldwide and its sister company, Monster Worldwide.

Lynn is a member of the Human Resources Committee at the AAAA's and an active member of The Advertising Club of New York.
