Mark comes to Ryan Drossman/MARC USA after successfully running his own firm, Gray & Graham Marketing Group where he served as partner and founder.

In addition, Mark was an independent marketing and research consultant, conducting both quantitative and qualitative studies (focus groups and idea generation sessions), and President of Arts Data Associates, a marketing consulting firm specializing in the performing arts. These followed positions as Vice President of Connecticut Survey Company, Council House Research and Senior Supervisor of the Senior Council of Yankelovich, Skelly and White, Inc.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Mark holds an M.F.A. from the University of Connecticut and an undergraduate degree form Sacred Heart University. Prior to founding Graham & Graham, Mark was Vice President, Management Supervisor at Saugatuck Direct where he managed four of the agency¹s largest accounts, MassMutual, Becton Dickinson, Brown & Williamson and MCI. For more than five years he served as Vice President and Director of Research at The Saugatuck Group, where he worked on major marketing efforts for such clients as New York Life, VISA, Beneficial National Bank and Colonial Penn.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Mark is a strong marketing strategist with over 20 years of direct response experience in financial services, magazine publishing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and communications. At Gray & Graham, Mark headed up account service and focused on database development, as well as, research and analysis. Mark has consistently demonstrated his ability to develop, execute, manage and measure innovative marketing communications and promotion programs to achieve maximum client results.

I directed and produced a play Off-Broadway called Me & Jezebel about Bette Davis that was recently sold to AMC, American Movie Classics. It is scheduled to be made into one of their first made-for-cable movies.
