Javier Campopiano serves as Global Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at McCann Worldgroup and McCann, where he leads the creative vision and execution for one of the world’s largest networks, spanning over 100 countries and more than 15,000 employees. Collaborating closely with creative, strategic, and business leaders, Javier drives the development of groundbreaking work for the network’s global clients.

Before joining McCann, Javier was Worldwide Chief Creative Officer at Grey and OpenX, WPP’s dedicated agency for The Coca-Cola Company. In these roles, he spearheaded creative innovation on a global scale. Prior to that, he served as Chief Creative Officer at several FCB agencies and played a pivotal role in transforming the creative reputation of Saatchi & Saatchi’s New York office during his tenure there.

Javier’s career began as an intern at Ogilvy Argentina, eventually leading to regional creative leadership roles in Latin America for Ogilvy, Saatchi & Saatchi, and FCB. His journey took him to FCB New York, where he became a Partner and Chief Creative Officer, cementing his reputation as a builder of global brands across multiple top-tier networks.

Renowned for his visionary approach, Javier’s work has earned more than 200 Cannes Lions, including Grand Prix in Outdoor and Film and a Titanium Lion.
