When he was 23, Bitan signed up at Miami Ad School, where he currently teaches.
In 2006, he did a few internships abroad, the at Lápiz Leo Burnett Chicago, then Saatchi & Saatchi London and Lowe New York. When he came back to Spain in the summer of 2006, he was hired as an Art Director at Lola Madrid. He worked there for almost 4 years, principally on Unilever global projects for brands like Magnum (he was part of the Magnum Global Team), Rexona and Signal/Pepsodent. He also worked on local brands like Schweppes, Campofrío, the Spanish Government and AXE.
In 2011, Bitan joined Publicis Madrid where he became Creative Director. At Publicis he works for brands such as Renault, Coca-cola, Mahou-San Miguel, Movistar, Bimbo and the Spanish Lottery. At the moment, he is one of the three ECDs leading Publicis Madrid, along with Sito Morillo and Óscar Martínez.
He has been awarded prizes at some of the most prestigious national and international festivals, such as Cannes Lions, One Show, Global Effie, Young Guns, Epica, IAB Inspirational, El Sol or CdeC (Spanish Creative Club).
