P.R. Brown has had a varied career as a graphic designer, photographer, music video, and commercial director.
He began graphic design at Pentagram in London, followed by Frankfurt Balkind in Los Angeles. From there he went to Capitol Records as an art director and subsequently took the role of Creative Director for October Films in New York.
In 1996 he founded Bau-Da Design Lab which is best known for music album designs, and operates out of Los Angeles and New York. This lead him to a career in music video direction, creating notable videos for a diverse array of musicians such as Carrie Underwood, John Mayer, Prince, Jack White & Alicia Keys, Slipknot, Mötley Crüe, Miley Cyrus & Snoop Lion and Death Cab for Cutie.
He currently continues to evolve his artistic eye within the commercial world for top players such as Pepsi, Harley Davison, Google and Ford.
