Currently Executive Creative Director at DDB Romania, Roxana has worked as an Art Director for over 10 years in agencies both small and big, including Cheil, Publicis and MRM//McCann and has a strong background in digital.
In her years as a creative, she constantly aimed to find communication solutions to social issues such as political bias, school abandonment and domestic violence. Her work has been awarded multiple times at festivals like Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA Awards, One Show, Golden Drum, Eurobest, FIBRA Awards and other local shows. „Unquiet Voices”, her campaign fighting domestic violence, won praise not just in the advertising industry, but also at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival where it got screened in 2019.
Outside the office she has a thing for superheroes and minimalist design and she never talks about herself in 3rd person.
