Lachlan comes to Anomaly after an almost 7 year tenure at R/GA, where he ran the strategy department for the last 2. He has extensive experience across an incredible range of work covering; brand and business strategy, product and service design, connections, communications, employer branding and employee experience and content.
He has worked on everything from startups in their early days to companies that are the pinnacle of their industries (Google, Amazon, LVMH, Siemens and IKEA just to name a few).
He is truly a hybrid strategist with the ability to stretch from the bigger picture right down into the details. Drawing on a wide range of experiences and disciplines to bring unexpected solutions to problems that creates new advantages and unprecedented value.
He is currently building a Transformation Practice for Anomaly in Europe to complement and expand our success in NY with the Transformation team there. In this role, he’ll be building offerings around Integrated Content Strategy, Innovation, Digital transformation, Brand Experience, IP and Employee Experience.
