About me

Chloe believes creativity can change the world. She is a passionate creative leader who seamlessly combines design, storytelling and technology to innovate on behalf of global brands like Nike, Samsung and Verizon. Her human-centered design skills are key to building cultures where people are inspired to do their best work.

In her current role as EVP, ECD, R/GA North America, Chloe works with her partner, Taras Wayner, to uphold creative excellence across six offices and hundreds of multi-disciplinary creative teams. To encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration, Chloe has developed numerous frameworks that lead to ‘great work that works’. These methods helped R/GA NY win ‘Agency of the Year’ at Cannes in 2015 with a wide range of products, services and communications including; R/GA Ventures ‘Hammerhead’, Equinox ‘Pursuit Connected Cycling’, and Ad Council’s ‘Love Has No Labels’.

Prior to this role, Chloe shaped the vision for the largest Experience Design team in the industry, whose Nike+ work established the future of connected experiences for brands. As the global leader for the R/GA Experience Design department, she created a unique training curriculum called Re-Boot, which provides a framework for mapping and designing new digital products and services.

Chloe is a T-shaped creative leader who deepened her Experience Design craft while working at Razorfish. She worked closely with design research partners to conduct ethnographic-style fieldwork that led to the design of a social platform for teens, a travel platform for CondeNet, and an online shopping experience for Mercedes-AMG.

Chloe loves public speaking and teaching. She is a frequent guest speaker at SXSW, IxDA, and Creative Week. Chloe was one of AdAge’s 2016 ‘Women to Watch’ and Business Insider’s 2015 'Most Creative People in Advertising'. She recently served as Jury Chair for the 2016 Cannes Lions CyberJury.
