I have been doing various roles in Reaktor for almost 10 years now involving hands-on coding, user experience design, concept design, team leading, customer management, business development and solution selling. I have over 15 years of experience in software projects for customers both as a consultant and in R&D positions. I have made projects happen whatever the role needs to be for me.

I believes in a lean startup approach by using quick feedback loops and Scrum/Kanban/iterative development, customer involvement, teamwork & collaboration, pair programming, continous deployment, build-measure-learn, prioritization using a backlog, refactoring and automated testing.
