*Global Adaptation for the UniAdapt account; centralising ATL material for a variety of Unilever Brands; Cornetto, Magnum, Rexona (Sure), Dove, Clear, Vaseline, Lux, Axe (Lynx), Oral Care, Surf, Persil, OMO, Comfort and Knorr.
*Managing adhoc jobs for Unilever and non-Unilever brands widening the potential for new brands on the account and company.
*Account Managing all aspects of the adaptation. Moving from the global brief and pre-production talks with the creative agency to understand the local needs of each market. Confirming all aspects of the visual and musical usage is covered.
*Working with copywriters on tone of voice and making sure each local script remains in consistency with the global master.
*Liaising with voice over teams to find the correct talents, organising recordings and negotiation of usage.
*Thorough knowledge of postproduction involving editing, revisions, sound mixes and aspect ratios.
*Working closely with the print team to organise and fulfil print and OOH campaigns and assets.
*Using the market resource management and asset library (Tag:CMD) on a daily basis as well as helping clients through the conduction of audiovisual training. Holding meetings and drawing up plans on how we can improve the efficiency and UX of this site.
*Developing the digital side of the account and organising a team to fulfil the adaptation of digital assets in the same ways as Press and TV.
*Producing estimate and working to local and global budgets.
*Handling all clearance for European markets (ARPP, Clearcast)
*Working three months in Tag's Brazilian office in Sao Paulo, giving me the opportunity to see the ways in which the LATAM office works and the continent as a whole.
*Training new employees as well as introducing new ways of working to the existing ones.
*Meeting the LATAM clients and understanding how the local needs can affect the ways of working. *Bringing insight back to the London office on what processes can be installed to make their lives easier
*Market research facility. Dealing with different clients of consumer brands. Welcoming moderators and preparing respondents for the research sessions.
