Naji graduated from St Joseph University with a Master in Business Administration. He then specialized in marketing at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce - CERAM in Sophia Antipolis - France in 1986.
Naji started his advertising career in Paris in 1987 with RLPI (Régie Libanaise de Publicité Internationale) before joining the family agency Inter-Régies in Beirut in 1993 where he occupied the post of Creative Director and General Manager. In 2003, following the merge between Inter-Régies and Memac Ogilvy, he became the managing director of Memac Ogilvy Lebanon. Naji is an active member of the IAA Lebanon chapter that he joined in 1994 becoming member of the board during six mandates before being elected president in 2011. He is also board member of the AAA (Advertising Agencies Association)
Naji is a teacher of advertising at St Joseph University and a trainer in Creative Thinking.
