Prior to founding her own consultancy, Kathleen held positions as Managing Director at creative 'Agency of the Year' mcgarrybowen and as Senior Partner at global powerhouse Ogilvy & Mather.
A champion of women's causes, Kathleen serves on the committee of Cannes Lions' 'See It Be It', which fosters the advancement and representation of female creative talent. Kathleen has worked on campaigns for both the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation and Diane von Furstenberg’s Water Tank Project. In 2016, she launched Grayce & Co Ventures to invest in startups that are both women-oriented and purpose-driven. She is also heavily involved in the technology and venture communities.
Her work has been recognized with awards, including a Cannes Gold Lion for creativity and an Effie for effectiveness. She has been featured as a ‘Leading Woman In Business’ by Huffington Post, ‘Creative Innovator’ by Conde Nast, IBM Think Leader, Women in the World featured entrepreneur, as "The Fixer" on EntrepreneurTV, on Facebook Live’s ‘business leader’ interview series, and has also appeared as a judge on the BBC’s Apprentice.
