During my time there I:• Analysed and presented company revenue and forecast projections, involving extensive work on spreadsheets and collecting information from various internal sources, which would be used as guidelines for future strategies• Compiled information on competitor’s market position & presence in various marketing channels, as well as preparing business plans based on these results presented to the managing directors• Reviewed web traffic for different microsites through a web-trend analysis and presented these findings to the MarCom department to adjust future advertisement through these microsites• Worked on Google ad-word campaigns, requiring me to coordinate with a vast number of co-workers from different countries• Coordinated and organised the collection of contacts and clients at major tradeshows (such as the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona) and analysed and segmented more than 1,000 contacts acquired, before uploading them on the sales system • Documenting internal, companywide presentations on current technological trends• Attained an understanding of effective team work and inter-office communication, while having an insight into the B2B industry
