Mccoy | Meyer is an award-winning directing duo made up of Eric McCoy and Justus Meyer. The pair leverages their passion for storytelling and signature comedic-approach to extract the most entertaining narratives, regardless of the format. They’ve crafted more than 75 commercials, working with such top brands as Listerine, General Mills, LEGO, Mattel, Verizon, Reese’s Puffs Cereal, P&G, Famous Footwear, among others. Beyond commercials, their directorial expertise also includes short films and award-winning music videos for such artists as Fall Out Boy, Flights Over Phoenix, The Johnsons, FLOR, Devin Kirtz, among others. Their portfolio has earned them such accolades as an American Advertising Award, a Telly Award, two AVA’s, and a Letter of Recognition from the U.S. Congress. They were also selected for the prestigious 2017 SHOOT New Directors Showcase.

Chicago-native Eric and South Dakota-native Justus met while attending Columbia College and bonded over a passion for filmmaking. With a drive to pursue their passion, they exchanged the Midwest for the entertainment capital of the world: Los Angeles. Both McCoy and Meyer began their careers as producers before joining creative forces as directors.
