Fleur Beck

A hardworking woman, who is motivated to get the best out of everything and is also enthusiastic, that's me. I am Fleur Beck, eighteen years old and living in Amsterdam.
Last year I graduated from high school (havo). After that I went to Miami for a month to improve my English and get to know the American culture.
I am currently studying at The New School in Amsterdam. The New School is known as a marketing, communication and creative education. I am very excited about the school. The combination of the serious business mixed with the creative sides makes it very fun and challenging. I am now in my first year and hope to have many fun and educational years to go!

Outside of my studies, I do other things that I really enjoy doing. For example, I have been playing hockey for more than twelve years and I really enjoy it. Hockey is a kind of outlet for me. I really like the social aspect of hockey. You learn how to behave within a large group and therefore take everyone into account. So you can already see that I have been used to moving in a team from an early age and cooperation is one of the things that I can easily do.

I did several things for work. For example, in recent years I have given training at my hockey club to children. It is quite difficult to get children under control at a young age and to teach them something. However, I did succeed and I took them a step further. So I already have some experience with guiding a group and exercising control.
Last year I also started setting up an Instagram account for the Zicht Optiek store. In this case I had to investigate who the target audience exactly was and what kind of Instagram posts would appeal to them.
