Federico Russi is a creative leader who´s spearheaded global, regional an local brands to excellence since 2005. His mission is to help companies resolve their business problems through creative solutions and innovation.
Russi started his career as copywriter over 15 years ago and successfully developed in several Latin America markets, from Uruguay, Ecuador, Guatemala and Brazil, working for agencies such as TBWA, Grey and BBDO. In 2016, he joined Leo Burnett Mexico as Executive Creative Director, where he´s held his latest role as Chief Creative Officer.
His work has been recognized since the beginning of his career in festival all over the world including Cannes Lions (even helped Ecuador obtain the first Lions in the country’s history), D&AD, Clio, FIAP, El Sol, Ojo de Iberoamérica, EFFIE, EFFIE LATAM, One Show, LIA, Wave Rio and at local festivals in Brazil, Mexico, Ecuador, Guatemala and Uruguay. He´s accumulated more than 150 awards in total.
