Beth Hendricks was born and raised in Rexburg, Idaho. She and her husband have three sons and one granddaughter. Their oldest son is an Idaho Civil Deputy Attorney and city attorney, their middle son is a medical doctor, and their youngest son is currently in law school.
Beth graduated from Ricks College and BYU where she was awarded a Graduate Teaching Assistantship and on the dean's list. Beth completed her MBA at ISU graduating with high honors and was nominated to Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma, the highest scholastic honor a business student may attain.
She taught at BYU-Idaho for 28 years and received the Exemplary Faculty Award. She was an adviser to AAF (American Advertising Federation) where her students received regional and national awards. She taught Adobe Analytics, copywriting, strategic research, advertising, marketing, and a campaigns class. She also taught at College of Eastern Idaho where she received the Post-Secondary Marketing New Teacher of the Year from the Idaho Division of Professional/Technical Educators and the Idaho Chapter Advisor of the Year from Delta Epsilon Chi.
In 2020, The Idaho Falls Advertising Federation awarded Beth the Mission Award for, “Developing the industry’s future leaders; offering engaging programs to encourage local association volunteer leadership; and, providing opportunities for professionals to build supportive relationships with others in the industry.”
Beth is currently a marketing and advertising consultant and board member of a regional credit union. Right before the pandemic shut down in-person gatherings, she had started presenting at women's leadership and mentoring conferences. She hopes to get back to these presentations as soon as health officials give these types of gatherings their approval.
