I have a bit more than 10 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, having worked in practically every area, from Creative Direction to Brand and Strategy, from media company to network agencies and even as a client, all of them focused on the digital side of the business.
My work experience includes work for different agency networks mostly as a Digital Creative Director: Ogilvy El Salvador (where I'm originally from), Ogilvy Guatemala (also Associate Creative Directo), Leo Burnett Guatemala (Executive Creative Director for a while) and now Mullenlowe also in Guatemala (Digital Director), as well as work on client side as a Digital Media and Marketing Manager, for Grupo Roble, the biggest real state developer in Latin America, leading projects through out Central America and Colombia.
As a "side job" I teach whenever and wherever I can, currently as part of the BROTHER school here in Guatemala and always finding spaces (online for now) in universities and with local entrepeneurs.
I like to consider myself a weird kid whose parents are the marketing and IT department, always focusing on how technology can make brands become "useful" to the consumers and their communities, to make them still relevant and not just noise between what they really love.
Some of the brands he has worked with include: Cervecería La Constancia, Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala, Supermercados Paíz, Claro, Alimentos Maravilla, Toledo, Pollo Rey, Juguetón, Coca-Cola Company, Almacenes Siman, Shell, Nestle, MALHER, Rufo, COMUNIDAD de Guatemala, Grupo Roble, Centro Comercial Multiplaza, Metrocentro, Chevrolet, KIA, RAM, Burger King, among others.
