Jurjen is an enthusiastic communications specialist with over 25 years of experience with leading international brands. As founding partner of Stredge Brand Introductions he is dedicated to defining and designing meaningful brands. He works as Creative Director, applying fact-based creativity, using the method of Evolutionary Branding. Jurjen prefers the role of initiator, bringing together strategic focus and creative edge. His specialties are: international brand concept development, delivering brand names, identity designs and introduction campaigns.
He worked for more than a decade with BSUR as a Copywriter and as Director of New Business Development, where he developed a profound understanding of Concepting, a method for creating brands with a purpose.
Jurjen graduated from the University of Groningen (RuG) in Law and specialized in Intellectual Property, Copyrights and Branding. During his working career he followed various marketing courses and the Agency Leadership Program (VEA).
