As Lead Creative Designer, I lead and design award-winning visual and creative production tasks, primarily focused on digital platforms. My role involves creating deliverables that visually inspire, engage, and represent intuitive and functional solutions based on user-centered design principles. Additionally, I occasionally undertake the design and conceptualization of various digital media, produce creative solutions, and actively participate in ideation processes.
I am responsible for building, maintaining, and releasing digital files for pre-press or other production hand-off from the design team. I am capable of working independently with minimal oversight on daily executions and consistently offer solutions when challenges arise, showcasing excellent problem-solving abilities. My role involves producing and uploading collateral to production software, creating multiple versions of layouts, and maintaining a comprehensive history of revisions.
I collaborate closely with the design team to implement changes promptly and ensure effective communication. Additionally, I manage the asset database on the server, adhering to a consistent naming convention for assets. My role requires me to stay updated on current creative and publishing software, and I am accountable for building files correctly to all specifications.
Furthermore, I may contribute to maintaining and enhancing the agency's file-management process and procedures. I determine the best workflow and allocate resources to execute production tasks efficiently. Regular communication with Production Management is a key aspect of my responsibilities to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of productions.
As the Creative Director, I oversee the overall graphics for all projects. My responsibilities include the development, planning, and execution of branding initiatives. I specialize in digital development for websites and landing pages, utilizing platforms such as WordPress and Elementor. Additionally, I create digital pieces tailored for social networks and conceptualize creative ideas for campaigns.
In my role, I also lead the development of audiovisual proposals, taking charge of the entire process from pre-production to production and post-production of audiovisual projects. I actively contribute to the creation of commercial proposals, and I am responsible for budget control and execution.
