• Acquiring the Hyundai account, a $200.000 USD for the creative annual fee account with a media investment of 3 million dollars per year.
• Acquiring the Colpensiones account, a $80.000 USD for the creative annual fee account with a media investment of 1 million dollars per year.
• Growing the creative team twice its size and busting the operating income in a 25%.
• Optimizing the delivery time of the creative staff, becoming more effective and minimizing the overtime to develop a project to give the creative team a more flexible time for work.
