Jose Luis Rueda, better known in the advertising world as “El Coste”, is a publicist with 15 years of experience in the national advertising market.
For him, creativity is a tool which can be used to make the world better, and he also thinks that great advertising needs 3 key facts: curiosity, simplicity, and passion. However, they need a deeper knowledge of human behaviours.
During his career he’s worked with the best agencies in Colombia like TBWA, Sancho BBDO, GREY, Ogilvy, Havas, and Draftline, the inhouse of Bavaria - ABInbev, and now his working in Garnier BBDO, Costa Rica, through which he has won more than 50 awards in the most prestigious advertising festivals worldwide, such as: Cannes Lions, D&AD, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, FIAP, WINA, El Dorado and Cannes Young Lions, amongst others.
Also, he´s been published in Lürzer´s Archive and been jury in very important festivals.
