My key areas of focus have been account management and client services, but my roles have also involved quite a bit of strategy (including digital marketing strategy), analytics, email marketing, social media, content marketing, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and digital advertising.
My experience has exposed me to a diverse range of clients, from the U.S. Army, United, IHG, and UPS to online startups and small to medium-sized B2B and B2C organizations, as well as multiple industries (luxury, travel/ hospitality, automotive, education, government, and sports) working with budgets ranging from a few thousand dollars to $25MM.
