Samuil Petkov is genuinely perceived as one of the most prominent and young leaders of the industry in Bulgaria. Very early in his carrer he is selected to be part of the RHSA at Cannes Lions and a year after that is part of the Media Academy cohort at Cannes Lions School. His career focus is strategic planning and business development for clients like Coca Cola, Carlsberg Group, Johnson and Johnson, NATO, BMW and many more. His work won him awards at Golden Drum, ADCE, Epica, EFFIEs, International IAB Mixx Awards and numerous local creative awards. He is the first bulgarian to be speaking at the Cannes Lions School and the first in Europe to get the School formats outside of the Palais in 2019. He is also a member of the Global Growth CMO Council by the ANA. Samuil is also a producer of independent music artist and vivid supporter of NGOs and causes in Healthcare.
Samuil Petkov has been a Jury at the WARC Awards in 2022 in Customer Experience and Cultural Impact Categories. He has also been judge for the Roger Hatchuel Student Academy work. He has been the chair of the Media Jury at the local festival in Bulgaria FARA in 2024. Always invited to judge IAB mixx awards in Bulgaria and part of the Jury at the Bulgarian Advertisers Awards for a third consecutive year.
