What motivates you to be part of the PHNX Jury, and what do you hope to bring to the judging process?
I'm motivated to be part of the PHNX Jury because I have a deep passion for innovation and creativity. I hope to bring a fresh perspective to the judging process by embracing new ideas and encouraging out-of-the-box thinking. My goal is to help identify and celebrate groundbreaking projects that push the boundaries of creativity
PHNX has always been about celebrating creativity in all its forms. What new perspectives or disciplines do you think deserve more recognition in award shows today?
AI-driven creative solutions are increasingly shaping the advertising landscape and deserve more recognition in award shows. Brands that leverage artificial intelligence for personalized content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in advertising. Celebrating these innovations encourages the integration of technology with creativity, fostering a future where data and creativity coexist harmoniously.
Which countries or regions do you think are leading the creative field right now? And which emerging markets should we look out for?
In the ever-evolving landscape of advertising, several countries are setting the standard for creativity and innovation:United States;United Kingdom and Australia while some emerging markets include: India, Brazil and china.

My key piece of advice for agencies and creatives submitting their work is to invest significant effort into their case studies. It's essential to not only showcase the creative execution but also to tell the story in a fresh and compelling way. Highlight the unique insights that guided the creative process and frame your concepts in a manner that captivates the judges. By doing so, you'll make your submission stand out and effectively communicate the impact of your work.
