My name is Laila Sena, and I have 15 years of experience developing content strategies for nationally and internationally renowned brands. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading complex projects that strategically integrated influencers for brands such as Nubank, Sanofi LATAM, Americanas, Coca-Cola Brazil, Volvo Cars Brazil, and GSK, among others.
In my current role as Sr. Creative Content Strategist at Mfield, I manage projects for companies such as Kimberly-Clark, BRF, Canva, and Happn, developing strategies that align brand voice with audience needs. During my time at Nubank, I was responsible for key campaigns, including Black November and the company’s 10th anniversary, always ensuring that influencer integration was authentic and aligned with the brand’s values.
My commitment to diversity and inclusion goes beyond the professional sphere—being a person with a disability (PCD), I understand the importance of creating truly inclusive work environments. Because of this, I am a member of ForbesBLK, an initiative by Forbes to unite the Black and Brown community worldwide, as well as the Publicitários Negros collective, where I mentor Black talent in communication across Brazil.
My continuous education, including specializations in Brand Experience, Content Strategy, and Leadership, complements my hands-on experience. Additionally, my volunteer work with Veia Social and AFS Intercultural Programs reflects my dedication to social causes and my ability to mobilize people toward common goals.
I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my experience to PHNX25.
Best regards,
Laila Sena
