First off, I love doing this job. I've worked in Dublin, Paris and New York on huge brands with global problems, but also on small brands with local problems. I do my best to simplify complicated things and turn the usual into something a little more unusual, while never speaking down to anyone. Along the way I believe I have utilized every letter in the alphabet, though I have not actually checked.
