About me

Bec helps clever companies be commercially smarter with gender and realise the market value of women. Women's economic influence has changed the world. They are a powerful workforce asset and their economic strength leads to transformative bottom line growth to your business. Women are worth $28 of the $35 trillion dollar global consumer economy.

A pioneer and innovator of understanding smarter ways to market to the female consumer, she will make diagnoses, develop segmentation strategies and create solutions to help your business capture and future-proof its share of the enormously influential female market.

With over 25 years experience in the communications industry, Bec was one of 3% of females to become a Creative Director and 0.1% of women that start their own agency. Her agency Venus has been successfully running for more than a decade.

In 2016 Bec launched a consultancy bringing her years of developed IP to help businesses unlock and leverage their future potential with women within the workforce and with the female economy.

Engage Bec to mentor, partner and facilitate your team:
• auditing your opportunity with the female market
• identifying if your company has a male/female bias and how to manage this for positive outcomes
• how gender segmentation plays a role in better marketing ROI
• strategic product and service solutions for the female market
