He worked with Grant Harrison to develop Tesco Clubcard and co-authored Scoring Points, the international best-selling book on Tesco’s loyalty programme. Other customer loyalty strategies developed by Terry include Waterstone’s Card, Economist Circle, Diesel Cult, Homebase Spend & Save, The Sun Get More, Thomson Founders Club, Change4Life for the Department of Health Recently he guided the Daily Mail to launch Mail Rewards, transforming a highly conservative brand into a successful digital engagement platform for c.1 million newspaper buyers.
