Y by PI&C is the European hub and concept lab for People Ideas & Culture. Based out of Copenhagen it serves clients around Europe and it is the headquarter for two of PI&C's owned ventures in fashion and food.
CY&N by PI&C is People Ideas & Culture's content and production company specializing in film, photography, music and digital development.
As a native Italian, Domenico began his career at Saatchi & Saatchi, Rome. About fifteen years ago, he bid farewell to the Coliseum and headed for the Big Apple, continuing his advertising career at Ogilvy & Mather, New York where he worked on esteemed brands such as Jaguar (Global), Ford Motor Company (Global) and numerous Hershey's brands including Reese's, the Hershey Bar, Kisses and Jolly Rancher, Motorola and Kodak.
Domenico then joined the team at Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners working on accounts such as Tommy Hilfiger, Wyndham, DLJDirect, Rockport, Olympus, Sol Beer, The History Channel and LVMH brands such as Hennessy.
Needing a break from New York, he spent time in Amsterdam where he became part of the management team opening up the MVBMS, Euro RSCG office to service Volvo around the continent.
Domenico then returned to Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners to become Managing Partner. There, he built one of the strongest and most innovative offerings in the US, working on accounts such as Kao brands, BMW, Citibank, Edward Jones, Carabbas, NetJets, Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, Diageo, CIT and many others. Domenico then became part of the leadership team at Lowe Worldwide in New York. Under his supervision, Lowe managed brands like Sharp, Aruba, Milk and Unilever.
Today, Domenico has created one of the most innovative offerings in the industry with his new company People Ideas & Culture and CY&N by PI&C (the content arm), a modern, progressive company using creativity to redefine how solutions are brought to clients in the 21st century. PI&C is built on a new model free from the limitations of crushing overheads and channels. 40 people in New York trying to solve problems in a modern, nimble and unique fashion that is attracting the attention of clients of all sizes such as Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels around the world, Fab.com, Match.com, Vodka6100, Lastminute.com, a WNBA team and Mohegan Sun amongst others. PI&C has also been part of creating new brands from scratch such as Grace & Coffees of Rwanda a partnership with Grace Hightower De Niro and her husband Robert De Niro.

In the past year Domenico and his partner also focused part of their attention and efforts into launching an innovative global concept right in the heart Copenhagen, Europe’s capital of Industrial Design. Named Y by PI&C, this fresh, nimble agency focuses on serving the Group’s European clients as well as on industrial design projects, production development and solutions leadership.
Domenico has a Master of Arts in Public Communication from American University in Washington D.C. He has been considered for years a future thinker of this business and has been a speaker at several communication conferences and lectured at universities including Yale Graduate School of Business, NYU Stern and Columbia University. He held national co-Chairmanship for Committees with the 4As from 2002 to 2006. He is also part of the 4As NY Council and is on the boards of the Miami Ad School and Taproot Foundation. He lives in Nolita… way too close to PI&C.
