Tim leads strategy and creative throughout the agency, working with the strategy, business, digital, contact, social and innovation teams to build a bridge between strategic insights and creative actions. He has a passion for inventing unique ideas that go beyond traditional and nontraditional definitions. Prior to Barkley, Tim worked at Leo Burnett and J. Walter Thompson where he launched the “Let’s Fix Dinner” initiative for Nestlé’s Stouffer’s brand and several rebranding efforts for Kimberly-Clark’s Huggies, Kleenex and Pull-Ups. He has experience working with brands such as HSBC, Microsoft, Reebok, GM, Energizer, GMC, Christian Dior and AT&T.
