Pam Hamlin is a dynamic leader with nearly three decades of experience building brands and providing marketing and business strategy to a wide range of industries. She has been an engine for growth, evolution and cultural vibrancy at Arnold Worldwide for 17 years – stewarding accounts, developing important business opportunities and ultimately running the company.
An active contributor to the advertising industry and Boston community where Arnold is headquartered, Pam has received many honors. She has been recognized with the “Power 50” award from the Boston Business Journal, the “Women to Watch” award from Advertising Age, the “40 Under 40” award from the Boston Business Journal, the “Leading Women Award” from the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, and the Pinnacle Award for Achievement in Management from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
Pam currently serves on the Board of the 4A's, Board of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and as a mentor for The Jimmy Fund’s annual Big Ideas Contest. She has been a member of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s Women Executive Council and the Boys & Girls Club of Dorchester. Given her passion for lacrosse as a former player, she has served as a girls’ youth lacrosse coach and as an active leader in the youth program for many years.
