Seema Miller grew up in India, learned to drive in Africa, earned her master’s degree in the US, and decided to learn to swim in Asia at the unpopular age of 35. Her unfettered curiosity and drive give her a unique talent for finding fresh human truths and flipping conventions on their heads. Seema’s career is filled with brave choices and uncompromising work. She’s brought unconventional thinking to everything from food to laxatives, video games to educational software, and coconut water to rum. Her strategic briefs have influenced award-winning campaigns on brands including Kellogg’s, Kia, McDonald’s, Nintendo, and Target. Last year, Business Insider named her one of the 50 Most Creative Women in Advertising. Seema is managing partner, chief strategy officer for David&Goliath. With 20 years of experience on both sides of the fence, Seema has held key strategy roles at Leo Burnett, Wieden&Kennedy, and JCPenney. Every member of her family outweighs her, including her husband, 12-year-old son, and 7-year-old dog.
